Obituary of John B Ryan

John Barr Ryan John Barr Ryan, 42 passed away on Sunday July 14, 2013. John was born March 11, 1971 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania but Endicott, New York was his home. He was a graduate of Union-Endicott High School class of 1989. John will be remembered by all who knew him as a remarkably gregarious conversationalist and an avid, skilled golfer. John's hobbies included fishing, poker, grilling, and watching his nephews participate in many sports. His biggest love was golf. He worked at various golf courses through the years, loving them all. John is survived by his parents, Diane Denmon-Ryan of Endicott, and Daniel Ryan of Binghamton. He was the beloved brother of Michael (Jennifer) Ryan, Lindenhurst, NY, Mark (MaryKay) Ryan of Endicott and Karyn (John) Koutsaris of Endwell. He was also the cherished uncle of Mark J., Mason, and Megan Ryan of Endicott and Quinn, Declan, and Eamon Ryan of Lindenhurst. John was predeceased by his nephew Elias John Koutsaris. John leaves behind aunts and cousins who he loved and respected very much. John also had many friends who he truly cherished throughout the years, especially Mr. S. Heath, Kathy Mertens, Chris & Margie Geiger, and Jim Woods. We would also like to thank Dr Lerman for his compassion and care. PS: Thanks cousin Kevin! The family will receive visitors on Friday July 19, 2013 from 3-5pm at Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main Street, Endicott, New York with a service to follow at 5:00pm with Deacon George Phillips officiating.
