Obituary of Willard H Greame

Willard H. Greame Willard H. Greame, 97, of Vestal, died peacefully Monday, August 19, 2013, at the New York State Veterans Home in Oxford after a brief illness.He was predeceased by his loving wife of 64 years, Joyce. He is survived by his two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Jan DeVries of Bradenton FL, Sandra and Bruce Barrett of Vestal; two beloved grandchildren, Todd (Holly) Barrett, and Stacie (Jeff) Taylor; four great-grandchildren, Owen and Sadie Barrett, Madelyn and Mark Taylor. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the US Army and was a retired employee of IBM, Endicott, and a member of its Quarter Century Club. Willard was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Veterans Home in Oxford for the honor, respect and compassionate care you gave to him during his stay. Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 11AM from the Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home, 765 Main St, Vestal. Burial will be in Vestal Park Cemetery with full military honors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 10:30AM until service time at 11.
