Obituary of Martha M Walker

Martha Walker Martha M Walker, 93, of Endicott went to be with the Lord Monday November 4, 2013. She was predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Mary Gibbore; her husband, Kenneth; sister, Katherine Bergo; her brothers, John and Peter Gibbore. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie and Gilbert Baldwin of Endicott; son, Barry Walker of Charlotte, NC; two grandchildren, Jonathan Baldwin of Atlanta and Jacki Baldwin of Annapolis, MD. Several nieces and nephews. She was a retired employee of A&P Grocery Store, and a retired employee of IBM Corp. She was a former member of the West Corners Baptist Church, and Riverview Alliance Church in Vestal, and a member of both choirs. Martha enjoyed writing poetry, and was a member of the Poetry Writers Guild. She was an avid gardener. Funeral and Interment Services will be held Friday at 11AM from the Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home LLC. 300 East Main St, Endicott. The Rev. Robert McGehee, pastor of the West Endicott Baptist Church, will officiate. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home Thursday from 4-6PM.
