Obituary of Margaret White

Margaret "Peg" White Margaret "Peg" White, 65, of Johnson City, passed away at her home peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, April 29, 2014. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter (Skip) White in 2000. Peg is survived by the family she loved and adored; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Rachelle White, Endicott, daughters and son-in-law, Michele Keane, Plattsburgh and Shannon and Justin Knowles, Cobleskill; seven grandchildren, Heather and Thomas Keane, Megan Ramondino, Adrianna and Angela White, and Annastasia and Alexander Knowles; and three great-grandchildren, Matthew, Riley and Makayla. Also surviving are six siblings including her dear sister Mary Murphy and her husband Robert and many nieces and nephews. Peg was employed by Empire Plastics for the last eight years where she enjoyed working and forming friendships with a great group of ladies. She loved life! She was an avid gardener, enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and she had a special place in her heart for her pets. A celebration of Peg's life will be held on Friday at 1PM at Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home, LLC 300 E. Main Street, Endicott. Rev. Benjamin Winn, Pastor of First Baptist Church of Maine, will officiate. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery, Endicott.
