Obituary of Elizabeth Benninger

Elizabeth L. Benninger Of Endicott Elizabeth L. Benninger, 79,of Endicott, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday evening, July 10, 2007 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gordon E. Benninger; eight children, Diane and Larry Thornton, Robert and Carol Benninger, Nancy Benninger, John and Sally Benninger, Gordon J. and Sandra Benninger, Cheryl Benninger, Mary and Randy Tingley, Barbara and Warren Marks; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; sister, Diane Huffcut; several nieces, nephews and sisters-in-law. Elizabeth was a stay-at-home mom, who devoted her life to her children and grandchildren. There will be no calling hours. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the American Heart Association, 59 Court St., Binghamton, NY 13901 or to the American Diabetes Association, 356 North Midler Ave., Syracuse, NY 13206. Arrangements are by the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., 300 E. Main St., Endicott.
