Obituary of James Englert

James F. Englert, Sr. Of Endicott James F. Englert, Sr., 54, of Endicott, went to be with the Lord Friday morning, September 28, 2007, at his home. He was predeceased by his daughter, Amanda in 2004. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Englert; son, James Englert, Jr., daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Robert Struble, all of Endicott; his two grandchildren, MacKenzie and Bobby; his parents, James R. and Mary A. Englert, North Versailles, PA; sister and brother-in-law, Beth and Paul Mehno; brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Barb Englert; two brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law, Lou and Andrea Muller, and Ken Muller; several nieces and nephews. He was a store manager for Lowes Home Improvement Center of Sayre, Pa. He was an avid Pittsburgh Pirates, Steelers, and Penguins fan. He collected Coca-Cola memorabilia. He enjoyed gardening, especially his roses. A Memorial Mass will be offered Monday at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Endicott. Burial will be in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endwell. The family will receive friends at the church Monday morning from 9:30 a.m. until service time at 10:30. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, 31 Adams Ave., Endicott, NY 13760. Arrangements are by the Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott.
