Obituary of Norman H. Davis Sr.

Norman H. Davis Sr. of Endicott Norman H. Davis Sr., 81, of Endicott, passed away on December 20, 2007 at Absolute at Endicott. He was predeceased by his wife of 53 years, Harriet; his parents, six brothers and one sister. He is survived by his sons, Norman Jr. and Sharon Davis, Scott and James Davis; daughters, Nancy and Carl Ayers, Dawn and Harrison Smith, Patricia and Mark Wilson, Margaret Davis and companion, Thomas Pahetphongsy; brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Claire Davis; sisters-in-law, Nora and Betty Davis; 12 grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Norman was a self-employed contractor who was willing to do anything for anybody. He always put the needs of his family and friends above those of his own. His home was always the last to be repaired. Norman and Harriet's home always had an open door for family and friends. Graveside Memorial Services to be held at Vestal Hills will be announced in the spring. Arrangements are with the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., Endicott.
