Obituary of Thomas F Vymislicky

Thomas Vymislicky Of Endicott Thomas Vymislicky, age 63, went to be with the Lord Friday, January 18, 2008, at the Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center after a long illness. He was predeceased by his parents, Mary (Soltis) Vymislicky and Joseph Vymislicky. He is survived by his beloved brothers and sisters, David Vymislicky Sr., Daniel and his wife, Marlene Vymislicky, Ronald Vymislicky, Christine and husband, Larry Barton, and Johanne Briggs; also several nieces and nephews who will miss him greatly. He studied nursing at Binghamton School of Nursing and received his Nursing License. He worked at the Binghamton Psychiatric Center and Lourdes Hospital and volunteered as an EMT for both the Union Volunteer Emergency Squad and the Apalachin Volunteer Fire Department until his retirement. He also served in the U.S. Naval Reserve. He was a member of St. Josephs Church, Endicott, and a member of its Altar & Rosary Society. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. from the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Inc., 300 East Main St., Endicott and 10:00 a.m. at St. Josephs Church, 207 Hayes Ave., Endicott, where a Funeral Mass will be offered. Burial will be in Maine Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 2:00 4:00 and 7:00 9:00 p.m.
