Obituary of Thella Scalzo

Thella Scalzo Of Endicott Thella Scalzo, 83, of Endicott, died Saturday evening, May 24, 2008, at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Johnson City. She was predeceased by her husband, Angelo Michael Scalzo; and a son, Dennis John Scalzo. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Ann Scalzo, Endwell, and Nicholas and Denise Scalzo, Owego; grandchildren, Thomas and Eva Scalzo, Sharon Scalzo, Allison Scalzo, Eric Scalzo and David Scalzo; a sister, Dora in Ogden, Utah; also several nieces and nephews. Thella was a former employee of the Union-Endicott School District and IBM. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott. The Rev. Edward Zandy, Pastor of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, Endicott, will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday and 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
