Obituary of David R. Simonik

David R. Simonik, 53, of Endicott, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday morning, May 24, 2015. Dave is survived by his wife of 23 years, Brenda (Gathany) Simonik; daughter, Tiffany Simonik, Denver NC; parents, Robert V and Anne (Patuck) Simonik; sister, Debbie Simonik; brother, Don Simonik; mother-in-law, June (Jim) Wooden; and several special nieces, nephews and cousins. Dave was employed for 30 years at the Sanmina SCI Corp/Owego, NY. He enjoyed many hobbies such as, photography, metal detecting, the great outdoors and most of all being with his family and friends. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the New Life Ministries, 201 Hill Ave., Endicott on Thursday, May 28, 2015, Pastor Rob Campbell will officiate. The family will receive friends at the New Life Ministries at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
