Obituary of Jay D. Hall
Jay Delbert Hall, 85, of Apalachin, passed away at home on July 6, 2015. He was born on December 30, 1929 in Binghamton, New York" He graduated from Windsor High School and served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He retired from IBM with 39 years of employment. He was predeceased by his mother, Adelaide Hall of Kirkwood and his sister, Lillian Romo of Phoenix, Arizona. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ola Fay Hall, and his four children, Christopher A" Hall (Denise), Deborah A. Osabe (Masashi), John W. Hall (Fay), and Jason B. Hall (Jennifer). He is survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Jay was one of the founding members of the Endwell Church of Christ, Endwell, New York. He used his self-taught mechanical skills to help his family, friends and neighbors with their building and repair projects. He enioyed golf, fishing, and taking road trips. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Endwell Church of Christ's benevolence fund.
