Obituary of Bernice F. Vanderburg

Bernice F. (Carden) Vanderburg, 89, of Endicott, passed away peacefully, December 18, 2015 at the Ideal Senior Living Center. She is predeceased by her parents, Frances "Murph" and Ruth Billings, and her husband, Elmore H. Carden. Bernice is survived by her husband, John E. Vanderburg; her daughter, Barbara (Armand) Olevano, and her son, Gary (Rosemary) Carden; grandchildren, Annette, Nicole, Jason, and Lori; 7 great grandchildren; her brother, Richard (Delores) Billings; and step daughter, Nancy (Bill) Major, grandchildren Kelly, Randy and 1 great grandson. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Central United Methodist Church, 17 Nanticoke Avenue, Endicott, with Pastor Michelle Bogue-Trost officiating. The family will receive friends at the Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Bernice's name to a charity of one's choice.
