Obituary of Lottie Burkhard

Lottie Burkhard, 69, of Endicott, passed peacefully on Thursday, June 16, 2016 surrounded by her family. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John Burkhard, Sr., loving mother, Charlotte Hobart, grandson, Gavin Packer, and her aunt, Kitty Fiato. She is survived by her children; Jennifer (Marc) Broder, Jack (Kari) Burkhard, Jason (Tara) Packer, grandchildren; Jacob, Hannah and Lucas Broder, Chloe Burkhard, several nieces, nephews and cousins, and longtime best friend Lynn Bond. Lottie was a longtime member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Endicott. She enjoyed trips to the casino and watching her boys wrestle and play football. The family would like to thank all the nursing staff at Lourdes Hospital for the tremendous care given to Lottie and her family, and also a thank you to the Fiato and Storti Families for all their support. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 701 W. Main St. Endicott, on Tuesday at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at the Church prior to the Mass on Tuesday from 1 to 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Lottie can be made to The Union Endicott High School Wrestling or Football Club, Attn: Athletic Office, 1200 E.
