Obituary of Grove L. Doty

Grove L. Doty, Jr., 74, of Friendsville, PA, passed away at home on September 15, 2016. Grove is survived by his special friend of 21 years, Shirley Brookes; his children, K. Brian (John) Doty, Lyndell (John) Miller and Joe (Lizzy) Doty; grandchildren, Hope and Nathan Miller, Joe, Grace, Julia, Stella and Ephraim Doty; brother, Donald "Jim" (Sandy) Doty; extended family, Nancy (David) Smith, Kendall (Cindy) Brookes, Faye (Fred) Brookes and their families; and many close friends. A Memorial Service will held on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC, 6519 Rte. 434, Apalachin, NY. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
