Obituary of Valerie L. Rowley

Valerie L. Rowley, 82, of Endicott passed away peacefully on November 8,2016. She was born in Sanford, NY, the daughter of Lucy & Benjamin Parker. She was a foster mother while working with the Family & Childrens Society, and cared for many children during this time. She later worked as a infant lead teacher at the SUCO Childrens Center on Oneonta, and was awarded a certificate of appreciation for over 10 years of service in early childhood programs by the State of New York. She leaves behind her loving husband John, two daughters Sharon and Elizabeth, and two sons Michael and Marshall, 8 Grandchildren, and 9 Great Grand Children. She will be missed greatly by family and friends. At Valeries request there will be no services.
