Obituary of Samuel M. Price

Samuel (Sammy) M. Price, Jr. of Endicott, passed away unexpectedly on January 28, 2017, at the age of 44. He is predeceased by his loving grandparents, Bill and Sara Garrett and grandfather, Samuel C. Price. Sammy is survived by his grandmother, Sandra Price of Vestal, his father, Samuel Price, Sr. of Endicott, his mother Deborah Shofkom and (Mark Bennett) of Whitney Point, his uncle, William Garrett of Princeton Junction, New Jersey, his sister Crystal Taylor and (Brian Coyne) of Endicott, three nephews, one niece and one great niece. Sammy had a great love for music and organized a "Sam Jam" fundraiser for diabetes. He also had a great love for his dog Louie and tie-dye shirts. Sammy also loved to tell his jokes. A celebration of his life will be held at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC, 300 East Main St. Endicott, on Friday at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Riverhurst Cemetery, Endwell. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.
