Obituary of Arthur J. Frink

Arthur Jacob (Jake) Frink, 77, of Vestal, NY, met his Saviour at Heaven's Gate on April 22, 2017. He was the son of the late Arthur D. and Dorothy M. (Hessler) Frink of Vestal. Jake is survived by his loving wife, Joyce (Thrasher); and five children, Jeffrey Frink & Mary Ann Tarby (Shannon & Amanda Tarby), Penny & Robert Marini (Michael Marini), Jeremy & Denise Frink (Cynthia & Shelby Frink), Ashley Poreda, Ryan & Lauren Poreda (Madison & Sydney Poreda), John & Joanne Frink (Ty Frink, Fran Roach, Nick Swaha), and Joel (Frink) Beaumont; sisters, Sylvia Swartwood (Max), and Susan Anderson (Alfred); sister-in-law, Darla Ballard; brother-in-law, Edwin Thrasher; a niece, newphews, and many dear and loving extended families and friends. Jake was a graduate of Vestal High School and a U. S. Amy Veteran. He especially enjoyed the times with his family. "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith…II Timothy 4:7" A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 1, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Tracy Creek Memorial Church, Tracy Creek Rd., Vestal. The family will receive friends at the Church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
