Obituary of Beatrice M. Leonard

Endicott - Beatrice M. Leonard, 90, of Endicott, NY. Our beloved mother passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 28th, 2018. She was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Zada (Miller) Williams, beloved husband of 61 years, Ray M Leonard, and her son, Stephen J Leonard. Beatrice is survived by her children; James (Michelle) Leonard, Endwell, NY; Kenneth (Christine) Leonard, Binghamton, NY; Lawrence Leonard (Beverly Davis), Glen Aubrey, NY; Carol (Robert) Gage, Castle Creek, NY; Christine Houston, Endicott, NY; Colleen (Lawrence) Donahue, Newark Valley, NY; Gary Leonard (Deb Perkins), Maine, NY. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and her brother-in-law, Roger Leonard, Davenport, NY. Beatrice will be remembered for her love of her children and her kindness for those less fortunate. She was a gentle and beautiful woman who will be truly missed. Her family would like to thank the staff at the Susquehanna Nursing Home, as well as the love and support from Lourdes Hospice. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, 10 a.m. at St. Ambrose Church, 203 Washington Ave. Endicott. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St. Endicott on Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Beatrice can be made to St. Ambrose Church or to a charity of one's choice.
