Obituary of Erwin R Ehrhardt

Vestal - Erwin R. (Hank) Ehrhardt, 90, of Vestal, passed away on Thursday April 26, 2018 at the Willow Point Nursing Home. He was predeceased by his parents, Florence and LeRoy Ehrhardt, and his sister, Nancy Anderson. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Vivian Ehrhardt, children; Karen (Rick) Lloyd, Hal (Betsy) Ehrhardt, grandchildren; Chris, Abbey, Brian (Mary) and Jenny, great grandsons; Trevor, Toby and Tyler, along with nieces and nephews. Hank was a member of Vestal United Methodist Church and a U.S. Navy Veteran serving in World War II and the Korean Conflict. He spent his career as a Salesman and Realtor. Hank enjoyed boating and fishing and loved trains, the 1000 Islands and telling stories. Special thank you to the staff of Lourdes Hospital and Willow Point Nursing Home for the care given to Hank over the past few months. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 1 p.m. at the Vestal United Methodist Church, 328 Main St. Vestal, NY. Burial will follow in Vestal Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 12 noon until the time of the service.
