Obituary of Mildred Pierce

Mildred L. Pierce, went to be with the Lord on Monday June 4th. From the day she was born until her passing she reached out to all her family and friends with love Faith and compassion. She was truly the "Light on the Hill." She is predeceased by her parents W. Clayton Pierce and Jenny Plain Pierce. Brother Lewis J Pierce, sister Ruth A. Pierce, nephew Lewis Pierce. She is survived by her brother-in-law William Eldredge, nieces Caren Eldredge Risley, Mary Arthur Mielnicki, and Martha Arthur Lanko. She has many loving cousins and grand nieces and nephews, and neighbors who were always like close family. She worked for EJ's and the Village of Endicott for many years. And is a member of the First Baptist Church of Endicott where her friends there are family. Funeral services will be held Saturday June 9th at 3 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Endicott 1406 Monroe Street in Endicott. Visiting hours will start at 2 p.m. Donations can be made to the Mercy House in lieu of flowers. Burial will be at Vestal Hills Memorial Park at the convenience of the family.
