Obituary of Bruce G. Rought

Bruce G. Rought – Passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Binghamton General Hospital. He is predeceased by his parents Elwood & Christine Rought, brother Winston Rought, mother & father in law, Romaine & Theodore Horton and brother in law Ronald Horton. Survived by his loving wife of 58 years Sandra (Horton) Rought, children Bruce E. (Mary Brundage) Rought, Susan M. (Daniel J.) Sabol, Daniel G. (Robin-Ann Torr) Rought, grandchildren Daniel B. Sabol, Joshua D. Rought, Matthew M. Sabol, Nick W. Rought, "very special granddaughter" Alyson C. Rought and Daniel G. Rought, Jr. Bruce served as a Sargent in the National Guard for 11 years. He retired after 30 years from Wickes Lumber as Yard Forman. A Memorial Service will be held, Monday, January 14, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, LLC, Endicott. Reverend Lea Harding officiating. Family will receive friends at 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Burial will be held at the family's convenience at Riverside Cemetery, Endicott. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Broome County, 167 Conklin Avenue, Binghamton, NY 13903.
