Obituary of Frederick Hubert

Frederick J. Hubert of Binghamton Frederick J. Hubert, 87, of Binghamton, suddenly went into the arms of Jesus Christ on Sunday, August 24, 2009, at Wilson Memorial Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents, Josef and Louise (Sussman) Hubert; a brother, Robert; and his stepdaughter, Susan Santonicato. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Patricia Giles-Hubert; his children, Carol Thorne, Kim and Jeffery Marks, and Rick Hubert, all of Florida; his grandchildren, Terse and Mark Whitley, Amanda Stackpole, Dominic Giles, Samantha (Garvin) Hegwood, Benjamin Giles, Jessica and Melissa Santonicato; his great-grandchildren, Harrison Whitley, Kalie and Julius Hegwood. Frederick was a veteran of WWII, serving in the Army and loved to travel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2009, 11:00 a.m. at the St. James Roman Catholic Church, 155 Main St., Johnson City. The family will receive their friends on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 East Main St., Endicott.
