I was sorry to hear of Harry's passing. He was a joy to talk with when I saw him out and about. I had a chance to have his baked items when visiting at his home. I found him to be a pleasant and have a great sense of humor. I pray for your comfort and strength in the days ahead. God Bless your family.

Kathy & the entire Swackhammer family - Very sad to hear of Harry's passing. When I started at IBM in 1987, my cubicle was right in front of Harry and he became a good friend and mentor. His sense of humor was legendary! I have such great memories of my early IBM days due in part to Harry's presence - literally right behind me (he, of course, had the window office!). My best wishes to everyone as you celebrate his life and share all the great stories. Bill Paradies, Owego NY & Orlando FL

First to Harry's family may I say that I am very sorry for your loss. As my neighbor to the north I have known Harry since he moved up the hill. I always enjoyed our visits and they often grew to be quite lengthy which made them become a pleasure...As his health declined I often offered to endow him with some of my excess weight but we could not figure out quite how to do it (lol) Anyway he was an outstanding neighbor and I will truly miss our visits. May he rest in peace....William H Standinger III
