Obituary of James Paul Gilroy

James Paul Gilroy of Vestal, NY James passed away peacefully at home on February 2nd 2021. He was predeceased by his parents James and Josephine Gilroy He is survived by his wife of 55 years Donna Lee Cuddhie-Gilroy. His sons Jeffrey (Jaime)Gilroy and Jason (Gina)Gilroy. His sister-in-law Pamela Brand. His grandchildren Jordan (Sarah), Jensen (Cierra), Justin Gilroy and Madeline and Benjamin Collier. His great grandsons Jackson and Oakley Gilroy. He grew up in Endicott NY where he attended St Ambrose elementary and served as an altar boy. He was a graduate of Union Endicott High School. He owned a successful Plumbing and Heating business for 50 years. He loved his family dearly and enjoyed spending time traveling with his wife, sons and grandchildren to New England, Tennessee and many national parks. Jim was a great husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be sadly missed by all. A funeral mass will be held at noon on Monday February 8th 2021 at St Ambrose Church Endicott. The family will receive friends from 11am until the time of the service. Burial will follow in Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
