Obituary of Judith Ann Kincer

Judith A Kincer - Wonderful wife, mother and friend, of Apalachin, NY passed away peacefully on March 9th, 2021. She was predeceased by her parents Clinton and Hester Ramey (Wisdom), her husband Thomas, and her beloved son Patrick. She is survived by her brother Carl (Karen) Ramey of Gainesville, FL; sons Michael (Lisa) Kincer of Wake Forest, NC and Scott (Juana) Kincer of Westborough, MA; grandchildren Tyler, Kylee and Sophia; nephews Mark and Chris Ramey; in-laws Eileen and Brian Southern; in-laws Helen and Tom Edwards; and several cousins. Born January 3, 1944 in Binghamton, NY, Judy graduated from Binghamton North. She married the love of her life Tom and enjoyed 47 years together. Her greatest love were her three grandchildren and treasured being with them, entertaining them and of course spoiling them. She was a huge Elvis fan, and had a passion for collectable dolls, being a proud member of the Broome County Doll Club for many years. She loved to travel with her husband Tom, visiting Hawaii multiple times, Australia and Sweden. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd and the Order of the Eastern Star. There are no services scheduled at this time. The family will hold a private burial at Vestal Hills. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
