Obituary of Karen Marie Hogg

Karen M. Hogg, 55, of Apalachin, passed away peacefully Friday, August 27,2021. Daddy's girl, she was predeceased by her parents, Albert & Delores Liddic, brother-in-law Jason & beloved Uncle Frank. Karen is survived by her loving husband of thirty plus years, Larry Hogg, her daughter Elaine and son-in-law Jason, of Apalachin, her "sunshine", granddaughter, Mariah, grandson "Captain" Owen, sister Kristy Liddic, in laws David & Judy Hogg, brother-in-law David, sister-in-law Holly (Scott), Aunts Kathleen, Maria and Cheryl, Uncle Ben amongst aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A 1983 graduate of Owego Free Academy and SUNY Broome, Karen spent a lengthy career at M&T Bank, Vestal School District and Owego Apalachin School District; where Karen's kids brought her great joy over the years. Karen loved to go to the races, cheer for the Dallas Cowboys, garden, cross stitch, bake, the beach, Hallmark movies, Christmas and most of all her family. At Karen's request, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Karen Hogg may be made to Owego Apalachin Music Boosters 25 Kings Point Circle, Owego NY 13827.
