Dear Folks, my sincerest sympathy. Bill was one of my favorite divers. I recall flying up from Florida to attend Billy's retirement party. He was one of a kind and a hell of a good diver. He was the longest serving diver in the State Police at the time of his retirement. The World has lost a good person in Bill, he will be missed!

so sorry to hear of bill's passing...what a great guy and friend for over 50 years...he was a man i admired and respected and i will pray that God keeps his soul close....my condolences to amy, carole, and bill's extended family...we will be out of town during bill's funeral but will keep you all in our thoughts
