Obituary of Beulah L. Branning

Beulah Branning passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. She was born on July 18, 1932 daughter of William R. and Beulah Winifred Brown Tiffany and graduated from Norwich High School in 1950. She was a member of the United Church of Christ First Congregational. Beulah worked at Bennett-Ireland Inc. for 25 years. She traveled around the United States with her husband before settling down in Boston working as an Office Manager for her cousin Dr. Gail Brown. Upon returning to Norwich Beulah worked as a part-time receptionist for the Chenango County Chamber of Commerce before retiring in 1998. Beulah was predeceased in 1994 by her husband of 33 years, Melvin C. Branning. Beulah is survived by her brother Frank (Bonnie) Tiffany, Sister Jeanne Wightman, and sister-in law Patricia Tiffany. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew Jennifer (Jonathan) Sherry, Michael (Beth) Tiffany of Niskayuna, and Susan Tiffany of Saratoga. She was also the very proud Aunt of several Grand Nieces and Nephews who she loved dearly and also had many very special friends. Grave site services will be at Vestal Hill Memorial Park, 3997 Vestal Road, Vestal, New York. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to a Memorial Fund of your choice.
