Obituary of Jimmie M. Bogart

Jimmie M. Bogart Of Apalachin Jimmie M. Bogart (nee Chatham) of Apalachin entered into eternal rest on December 27th, 2009. Mrs. Bogart was predeceased by her husbands, Kenneth F. Ingersoll and Leslie M. Bogart; and is survived by her sister, Imogene Keyes and husband, Morley; her son, Keenan Ingersoll and wife, Marlene; daughter, Sue Sines and husband, Rodney; daughter, Sandra Walsh and husband, Thomas; daughter, Melinda Axel and husband, Rob; daughter Denise Slovak and husband, Michael; daughter, Diane DeMayo and husband, Thomas; and daughter, Leslie Watkins and husband, David. Mrs. Bogart is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Mrs. Bogart is a lifelong member of United Methodist Church in Apalachin, NY who enjoyed travel and socializing with her large family and many friends. She was an avid golfer for many years who especially enjoyed her participation in the Ladies League at the Apalachin Golf Course. Among her many talents and passions, Mrs. Bogart was an accomplished seamstress whose handiwork will be treasured for years to come. Mrs. Bogart touched the lives of many throughout her community and will be dearly missed. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 2nd, 2010, from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m. at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 6519 Rte. 434, Apalachin, NY 13732, where a private service will follow at 4 p.m. Interment will be at the family's convenience in Riverside Cemetery, Apalachin in the spring.
