Obituary of Elma L Ackley

Elma L. Ackley, 99, of Newark Valley, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Willow Point Nursing Home. She was predeceased by her sisters; Cornelia Howe, Helen (Nelson) Jones, Marge Powers, and Loise (Pete) Calvasina. She is survived by her children; William (Patty) Ackley, Don Ackley, and Lester Ackley, her brother, Glenn (Shirley) Dunham, 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Elma had a love for cooking, baking treats for many people in the community. She also loved her pets. A private burial service will be held in Maine Cemetery in the spring.
