Obituary of Leann K. Janeczko

LeAnn K. Janeczko, age 53 of Binghamton, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 30, 2022. Born on March 20th, 1969, in Little Falls, NY, LeAnn was the daughter of the late Wojciech and Martha Janeczko. She graduated from SUNY Oswego earning a B.S. degree in biology followed by an additional B.S. pharmacy degree at the Albany College of Pharmacy. LeAnn worked for CVS and Price Chopper pharmacies in the greater Capital District of New York before moving to the Binghamton area. Over the last several years she continued to work at Price Chopper, CVS, and more recently Walgreens and Wegmans pharmacies. LeAnn was a dedicated healthcare professional throughout her career, helping hundreds of patients manage their medications and health-related issues. She adored her family and friends and was known for her generosity and kindness by all those who knew her. When not working, LeAnn enjoyed traveling adventures, discovering new places and experiences. LeAnn loved making memories which her family and friends will cherish forever. LeAnn is survived by her sister Josephine Balderston and two brothers, George and Bernard Janeczko. She was predeceased by her partner Diane Mondolfi and is survived by Diane's grandchildren Anya, Isla, Oliver, and Dean (who she lovingly referred to as her "Little Man"). They were bright stars in her sky and will miss their beloved "LeeLee" immensely and will carry her heart in our hearts, forever. The family invites relatives and friends for a celebration of life service on Saturday, January 7th from 1pm – 3pm at the Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home located at 300 East Main Street, Endicott, NY.
