Obituary of Richard L. Schirrmeister

Schirrmeister, Richard L., 79, of Binghamton, NY, formerly of Patchogue, L.I., died peacefully on January 1st, 2023. He leaves behind his loving wife Marjorie, his two sons Michael (Michelle) and James (David), from his first marriage to Linda Elmore, and his sisters-in-law, Carol Ryan, Fran McMullen and Linda Sheerin. He was pre-deceased by his sister Carol Dogan and his brothers-in-law Jim McMullen, Jack Sheerin and Chris Ryan. Richard was a proud Grandfather of AJ and Mason, fond Uncle of twenty nieces and nephews and loving brother-in-law of Carol Ryan, Fran McMullen and Linda Sheerin. Richard served 4 years in the US Navy and was a proud member of the German Club in Binghamton, NY. He enjoyed his profession as a Landscape Architect.
