Obituary of Edward P. Serow

Edward Peter Serow, 85, originally from Binghamton, NY passed away peacefully at Mercy House in Endicott, NY on February 16, 2023. Edward was predeceased by his parents Edward and Elsie Serow, a brother Robert McWilliams, 2 sister's Margaret and Elizabeth and a son Edward Serow. Edward is survived by his son Michael Paul Serow and daughter Shamane Serow Strader. Edward served in the US Army as an MP from 1955-1962 and achieved the rank of Corporal. After his years of service he chose a career as an electrical lineman with Local 1249 Electricians Union, having received his 60 year pin in 2022. Edward was an avid numismatist, had achieved black belt status in martial arts and loved his cats. Service will be held Thursday February 23, 2024 at 12:00, Vestal Hills Memorial Park Chapel, internment to follow service.
