Obituary of Gertrude M Kotsubka

Gertrude Mary (Brinser) Kotsubka, 91, died peacefully at home on February 28, 2023. Born March 23, 1931, she is predeceased by her husband of more than 50 years, Rudy C Kotsubka, her parents Arthur and Ruth Brinser, 4 brothers, 1 sister and several extended family members. She is survived by her sister, Evelyn (Robert) Haynes, son, Michael C. (Sue), Grandsons, Rudy C, Brian (Tiffany), Rylan (Elizabeth), Corey and granddaughter Madlyn (Kito), great grandson, Zachery, Great granddaughter Lily, Emma, Evelyn, Ella and Mila. Two special people, her niece, Dee and cousin Pat. She graduated from Union Endicott in 1949 along with the Love of her life Rudy. Retired from IBM Owego. They moved to Bonaire where they lived for many years. She loved to sail, scuba dive and host many friends who came to visit, She had to many adventures to list. She loved her cats, sewing, doing crossword and jigsaw puzzle. Graveside service will be April 1, 2023, Vestal Park Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her memory may be directed to, Animal Care Council, 131 Washington Ave, Endicott, NY 13760.
