We are all so shocked and crushed to hear this news. We all loved Danny so much. Our hearts go out to Kelly, Suzi Q, Mackenzie, and everyone who knew and loved him (which would be just about everybody he ever met). So desperately sad. -Sean Fitzgerald

Danny was my daughter Sue’s first husband. They were staying with me for a short while before moving into their apartment. My bedroom was located directly across from the bathroom. One night Danny had “had a few” and woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Their bedroom was around the corner from the bathroom. When he exited the bathroom he walked straight into my bedroom and got in bed with me and was cuddling up to me. I was startled and yelled “get in your own bed”. He was mortified and couldn’t stop apologizing to me. I never let him forget it!!!! We laughed about that for years. He was a sweet guy that just happened to like OLD ladies. Lol

Mackenzie we are so sorry for your loss. We are thinking about you and your family. Cherish all of the great memories of your Father as I know we will. We still laugh when we think of the earlier years and the great time and laughs. Danny had a heart of gold and was very special to us all. He will be missed. We love you.
