Obituary of Cheryl Ingersoll

Cheryl Ann Ingersoll, 72 of Apalachin, NY passed away suddenly on August 20th, 2023 at her home. Cheryl was born November 11th 1950 to Clifford and Helen Kimble. She was a well-loved CNA for over 20 years. Cheryl was an avid NASCAR fan. Her favorite driver being Dale Earnhardt #3. There wasn't a room in her house that you didn't see some kind of Earnhardt memorabilia. She loved her family more than anything in this world and enjoyed spending time with them whenever she could. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, George Ingersoll; her 3 children, Kristina (Steve) of Owego, Barbara (Lance III) of Barton and George (Christy) of Nichols. Cheryl had 8 grandchildren, Dakota and Keisha Beavers, Tihanna Tuttle, Darian Martin, Harley and Lance Bogart, Shianne Lynch, Kylee Decker and Debbyann and Wyatt Ingersol as well as great-grandchildren Grayson Ingersoll, Hudson Lynch, Miavailin Bogart, and twins Odin and Cade Decker coming in November. Cheryl was met in heaven by her parents, Clifford and Helen Kimble, her sister, Barbara Heffner, a grandson, Christopher, and a great-granddaughter, Kennedy. The family will not be having a funeral. Instead, they wish to have a celebration of life at a later date.
