Obituary of Dina Renee George

Dina R. George (Rossi) 4/15/1960-7/23/2024 Dina Renee George, born on April 15, 1960, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in her sleep. Dina was a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, whose warmth and kindness touched all who knew her. She is survived by her two children, Anthony George and his partner Lowell Klipstein, and her daughter Gina George-Cabot and her husband Ben Cabot. Dina was a cherished Nonna to her three granddaughters: Cora, Nina, and Bianca. Dina leaves behind her loving mother, Ann Rossi. She was preceded in death by her father, Dominic Rossi. She is also survived by her siblings and their spouses: Lori Paglia (Rick Paglia), Pat Rossi (Shannon Rossi), Jean Potenza (John Potenza), Peter Rossi (Lori Rossi), Matthew Rossi (Joe Mariani), and Joanna Cotten (Craig Cotten), and her many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly. The family would like to give recognition and thanks to Dina's best friend, neighbor, and partner in crime, Jeannine Barrett, who held a special place in her heart and made the last years of her life full of fun and laughter. The family would also like to express appreciation for Robin Richardson who was a constant source of support that could be relied on always. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Toys for Tots. The magic of Christmas and the joy it brought to children was something deeply meaningful to Dina throughout her life. Dina's gentle spirit, strength, courage, love for her family, and dedication to making the world a better place will be deeply missed. She will be remembered always with love and gratitude. The family has chosen to mourn and celebrate their loved one's life privately and will not be holding any public services. They appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult time.
