Obituary of Penny M. Mastronardi

(6/19/1953-6/18/2024) Penny M. Mastronardi, 70, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2024. She joined her beloved husband, Dennis, who she missed dearly since his passing. She soldiered on for one year and 11 days but her heart finally broke without him. They spent 54 wonderful years together. They owned and operated D&P Payroll Service for 43 years, working side by side every day. Many people were touched by their love for each other, it was truly a beautiful thing to witness and be a part of. She leaves behind her children, Michelle Cedrone (Tom), and John Mastronardi (Kenndra), also her grandchildren, Logan, Stella, Caterina and Kentin. Penny enjoyed her trips to Tioga Downs and Turning Stone, always hoping that whoever she was with would win big. She loved spending time with friends and family. She continued Dennis's legacy of Sunday dinners until the very end. Penny wanted to thank everyone at Guthrie Hospice, especially Milly, for their wonderful care and compassion during this difficult time.
