Obituary of Gudrun M. Dikhofer

Gudrun Margaret Dikhofer, 86, of Vestal, NY, passed away on August 11, 2024 after a long struggle with Dementia. She was born June 25, 1938 in Ispringen, Germany in the Black Forest region. She came to Canada with her Husband, Wolfgang and later they came to Vestal where she continued to raise her children. Gudrun is survived by her son Bruce, Houston TX,. Daughters, Sylvia Clark, Marathon, NY and Anita Black, Endicott, NY. The family will receive guests on Monday, August 19 from 11am-Noon, followed by a service at 12pm-1pm at Grace Point Church, 3701 Vestal Road, Vestal. Pastor Kyle Kaurin, pastor of the church will officiate. In lieu of flowers, well-wishers may make a donation to The Dementia Society at www.dementiasociety.org or to the Alzheimer Association at www.alz.org if they wish.
