Obituary of Mary Jane Williams

Mary "Jane" Williams (Morris), 87, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Susquehanna Nursing Home on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Mom has gone home to join her Father Marion Morris, her Mother Gertrude Morris, her Brother Leo Morris and sister-in-law, Shirley Morris and her in-laws Harold and Inez Williams and her lifelong friend, Doanne Hartsock.

She is survived by her husband Carl of 64 years, Endicott, NY, her daughter and son-in-law Noreen and Bill Hubbard, Windsor, NY, grandsons and their wives, Bill and Noelani Hubbard, Windsor, NY, Tim and Alexis Hubbard, Conklin, NY, Rob and Ericka Mikulski, Maine, NY. Her great grandchildren, Khloe Hubbard, Jared Hubbard, Easton Hubbard, Walker Hubbard, Robbie Mikulski, Emerson Hubbard and Charlotte Mikulski. Two nieces, Terri (Rick) Ockovcin, Blufton, SC, Cheryl Medved, Summerville, SC, one nephew Lee Morris (Kerry), San Antonio, TX and all of their children, Sister-in law, Ruth Franklin and Eileen and Gary Green., several nieces, nephews, cousins and their families.

"Jane was a graduate of Union Endicott High School class of 1954. Upon graduation in 1954 Jane went to work at Nestor Brothers, Endicott where she met Carl. Jane also worked at IBM Owego prior to raising a family. Upon Jane's return to the workforce, she had many different assignments through Kelly Services.

Jane had a love for horses that began with owning two quarter horses, Snuffy and Jimmie. She has a beautiful collection of The Budweiser Clydesdale team whom she traveled near and far to see perform. Jane's other very loved collection is of her favorite breed of dogs, the Boston Terrier. Jane also treasured being able to travel and attend the Gaither gospel shows.

Funeral and committal services will be held Tuesday, September 24, at Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home, 300 East Main Street, Endicott, NY where family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and the Service will begin at 1:00 PM. The Service will be performed by Rev. Dean Everhart. Burial will be in Vestal Park Cemetery, Vestal immediately following.

We would like to thank the administrative, nursing, and personal care aides at Susquehanna Nursing Home for the care that they provided.
