I am very saddened to hear of Tom’s sudden passing. My sincere condolences to his family during this difficult time, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Tom was one of my roommates at the NYS Police Academy back in 1988. We had a lot of good talks there and he was so proud about becoming a Trooper. He was truly a great guy and will be missed. RIP my brother.
