Obituary of Mary Iacono

Mary A. Iacona Of Endicott Mary A. Iacona, 92, of Endicott, NY, formerly of Brooklyn, NY, went to her final rest Wednesday, April 7, 2010. She is predeceased by her parents, Lorenzo and Elizabeth Castellano; her first husband, Nicholas Iacono and her second husband, Victor Iacono; a brother, Michael; and two sisters, Camella and Josephine. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Catherine Iacono, Vestal, NY; two grandchildren, Christina and her husband Travis Francescone, Apalachin, NY and Karen Iacono, NY. Mary was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 1814 of Brooklyn, NY. She was an accomplished cook and homemaker. She gave of her time generously for others. There will be no services locally. A funeral mass for Mary will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 13, at St. Augustine's Church, Highland, NY. Burial will follow in the Highland Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Sutton Funeral Home, 1 Woodside Place, Highland, NY, Monday from 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. Local arrangements are by Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E.
