Mary A. McMahon | Visit Guest Book Mary A. McMahon formerly of Hillcrest Mary A. McMahon, 87, passed away peacefully Friday morning June 25, 2010 at the Good Shepherd Fairview Home, Binghamton. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 46 years Edward L. McMahon. She is survived by her children, MaryEllen (Mary) Skiba, Sharon and James Barvinchak, John E and Mary McMahon, all of Binghamton, Michael McMahon, Virginia; 9 Loving grandchildren, John and Jeff Stoll, Greg Fisher, Jamie and Katherine Barvinchak, Christopher and Matthew McMahon, Ryan and Garrett McMahon; 2 great grandchildren-Heather Stoll and Tyzon Fisher, Josh and Kara Stoll. 1 great great grandchild-Alex Beppler. Mary was a member of St Francis of Assisi Church, Hillcrest, where she was known for her great pies and cooking for the the priest at the former St Catherines Church back in the day. Mary was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother who will be dearly missed. The family would like to thank the staff at Good Shepherd ALP and Level C. She was very happy there, you are truly angels from Heaven. A Funeral Mass will be offered Monday at 11AM from St Francis of Assisi Church, Chenango St., Hillcrest. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery Johnson City. The family will receive friends at the church Monday morning from 10AM until service time at 11. Expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to Good Shepherd Fairview Home, 80 Fairview Ave, Binghamton, NY 13904.
