Shirley Noyes Of Vestal Shirley Noyes, 83, of Vestal, passed into eternal peace and joy with Jesus on January 30, 2011. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard; parents, Sheldon and Florence Lupole and brother, Bernard. She is survived by two sons and their wives, Arlyn and (Dee), Marion, NY and Dennis and (Sharon), Johnson City; 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, 1 sister, Marion Makarowski, three brothers; Bob Lupole, Don and Kate Lupole, Keith and Dody Lupole; sister-in-law, Lois Lupole and many nieces and nephews. At her request, there will be no services.
