Obituary of Mary H. Cole

Mary H. (Prusiensky) Cole Vestal: Mary H. (Prusiensky) Cole, of Vestal, passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord, Saturday, February 26, 2011, at the James G. Johnston Nursing Home, Johnson City. She was predeceased by her first husband of 32 years, Chester Prusiensky, December 7, 1981. She was also predeceased by a brother, Edward Stone; and two sisters, Edna Stone and Lucy Phillips. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 23 years, Francis R. Cole; and her two sons and daughter-in-law, Gary Prusiensky and wife, Linda of Charlotte, NC and Kenneth Prusiensky and companion, Pam Comalander of Indian Trail, NC. She is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Cindy Edmunds and Paul Yocum of Catawissa, PA; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Kim and Mark Webster of Apalachin, NY. She leaves seven grandsons, Nicholas, Justin, Joshua, Brian, Matthew, Luke and Ethan; one great-grandson, Michael. She is also survived by her sisters, Lulu Francey of Syracuse, Ella Gillis of Endicott, Edith Stone of North Carolina; and her brother, Ted Stone, Florida; sister-in-law, Doris Stone of Athens, Georgia; also several nieces and nephews. Mary was a retired employee of the IBM Corporation in Endicott. The family would like to thank the loving staff at Hilltop Nursing Center for their wonderful care during the past year. The Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott. The Rev. Robert T. Peak, Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, Johnson City, will officiate. The family will receive friends 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
