Walter C. Harrison Owego: Walter C. Harrison, 80, of Owego went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, October 4, 2011. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Ila Harrison; a son, Baby Boy Brian; and a brother, Clinton Harrison. He is survived by four children; Jamey and Bonita Harrison, Apalachin, Jay and Robin Harrison, Warrensburg, NY, Larena Harrison, Port Angelis, WA, Jeff and Kim Harrison, Marysville, WA; a sister and brother in law, Norma and Ed Downs, Carrollton, GA; his loving brother, best friend and patient golf partner, Ray Harrison and his wife Darlene and their family of Owego; a brother, David Harrison, Wayne, NY; a sister in law, Flossie Harrison, Owego; a cousin, Jean Whitamore, Endwell; his former wife and friend Patricia Harrison, Lynden, WA; his extended family and friends and staff of Long Meadows Apartments, Owego, where he was a resident for many happy years; 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 precious great- great granddaughter; and 18 nieces and nephews. Walter was a veteran of the Korean War. Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Endicott. Contributions to a charity of one's choice can be made in Walter's memory.
