Obituary of Neli Elenberg

Neli P. Elenberg Neli P. Elenberg went to be with her Savior on Thursday, August 2nd, 2012. She was born in the Republic of Georgia, U.S.S.R. on August 23, 1971 and came to the United States in 1992, eventually becoming a United States Citizen. She is survived by her son, Alexander M. Elenberg and mother, Valentina Kovalev. Also surviving are four brothers, Valeriy Kovalev, Pavel Kovalyov, Alexsey Kovalev, Ivan Kovalev and two sisters, Svetlana Stepanov, Lubov Poniatowski, as well as numerous nephews and nieces and many very good friends. Neli was a member of the Russian Ukrainian Baptist Church, Endwell, N.Y. and worked several years at the Men's Warehouse, Vestal, N.Y. as an accomplished tailor. A memorial of Neli's life will be held on Tuesday, August 7th, 2012 at Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St. Endicott, N.Y. beginning at 1:00 p.m. Friends may call from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. preceding the service. Burial will follow at the Spring Forest Cemetery, Binghamton, N.Y.
