Dr. Liang C. Chang Dr. Liang C. Chang, 75 passed away Sunday September 9,2012. She was predeceased by her brother, Shu Sen Chang. She is survived by her daughter, Heidi Ying, OB. Sister, Lydia Chang, PHD, brother, Tony Chang; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Coleman and Daniels Funeral Home, 765 Main St, Vestal.
