Obituary of Ray H. Lee

Ray Harold Lee Endicott: Ray Lee, 87, passed away at his home on February 12, 2013. Born in Endicott, NY in 1925, he was the youngest of 7 children of Horace Lee and Lillian Stanton Lee of West Endicott. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Hazel Eade Lee; children, Gary Lee (Peggy), Nancy Tetreault (George), Larry Lee (Joyce) and Susan Johns; eight grandchildren, Lori Herzog, Jennifer Eaton, Beth Morse, Rebecca Morrison, Megan Lenoble, Stephanie Lee, Andrew Lee, Emily Johns; and 9 great-grandchildren. He served in the US Navy during World War II in the submarine service. As owner of Ray Lee and Son Builders Inc. he built hundreds of houses over many decades all over the Endicott, Vestal, Apalachin and West Corners areas. He was an avid bowler for many years and enjoyed traveling to visit relatives in Florida. After retiring from building houses he had a second career working at Target in Vestal. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. from the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott with the Rev. Timothy Dodd officiating. The family will receive their friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Riverside Cemetery, Endicott.
