Obituary of John W. Pike

John W. Pike Owego: John W. Pike, 76, of Owego went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Wilson Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Zellah (Washburn) Pike. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Carol (Burleigh) Pike, his children; Laura (Tim) Jacobs, Rochester, NY, Cynthia Lenneman, St. Michael, MN and David (Valerie) Pike, Daytona Beach, FL, 3 grandchildren; Shauna, Bethany and Luke, 3 great grandchildren; Colin, Carly and Emma. John was a member of Lakeview Chapel, Owego. He retired from IBM after 24 years and among his many interests he enjoyed electronics, ham radios and Radio Controlled Airplanes. Memorial Services for John will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 11 am from the Lakeview Chapel, 185 Day Hollow Road, Owego. Interment services will be held at the convenience of the family in Vestal Hills. Arrangements are with the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, Endicott.
